By creating an account or using Sandook, you agree to these terms.
Sandook is a digital wardrobe that lets you catalogue garments, build outfits, moodboards and curations, track purchase information and share selected content.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sandook.
You can register with an email address and password or sign in with Google. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Only upload content you own or have the right to use, and use Sandook lawfully and respectfully.
You keep ownership of the images and information you upload. You grant Sandook the permission needed to store, display and process that content in order to provide the service, including background removal, cropping, detection and tagging through third-party image and AI providers.
Automatic garment detection, cropping and tagging may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and correct results before relying on them.
These features are provided as-is and may change as the product develops. Keep your own copies of important images.
You decide what to make public or share by link. Once shared, content can be seen, saved or redistributed by others, so share carefully.
Information extracted from uploaded invoices, including prices and totals, may be inaccurate. Sandook does not provide financial advice and figures shown are for personal reference only.
Links to retailers or third-party sites are provided for convenience. Sandook does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, products or policies.
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, attempt to break or overload the service, access other users' accounts, scrape the service, or misuse it commercially without permission.
The Sandook name, branding, design and software belong to Sandook and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Sandook is an early-stage product. Features may change, be paused or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Data loss, although unintended, is possible in an early-stage product.
You may delete your account at any time. Sandook may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where necessary to protect the service or its users.
Sandook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sandook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost content or lost profits arising from use of the service.
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the change.
Sandook is an early-stage MVP and is not yet incorporated as a company. The service is currently operated from France. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
